Terms

Engagement terms, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule, are set out in the signed engagement letter for each project. This page summarizes the defaults.

Payment. The Investor Demo MVP is $4,500 USD, fixed price. 50% is due at kickoff and is non-refundable. 50% is due on delivery.

Timeline. We deliver within 21 days of the kickoff call, subject to timely client response on revisions and approvals. If we miss the 21-day delivery due to our delays (not client delays), the final invoice is reduced by 25%.

Scope. The engagement covers 1–2 core user flows. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Ownership. On final payment, the client owns the code and all deliverables.

Outcomes. We guarantee delivery of the demo. We can't guarantee fundraising outcomes.
